Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients; mixture will be pasty.

    Boil about 4 to 5 cups water.

    Drop mixture, using a teaspoon, into the boiling water.
  4. 4
    I usually use 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on a teaspoon, it makes a nice size dumpling.

    When dumpling mixture is all used up, add frozen peas.
  6. 6
    Cook until peas are done.

    Drain water; salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve immediately.
