- 1 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Directions

1Heat oven at 325°.

2Combine butter Crisco, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.

3Beat at medium speed until well blended.

4Combine flour, oats and salt into mixture.

5Round teaspoon of mixture into balls.

6Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes or until bottoms are light golden brown.

8Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.

9Roll in sugar while warm.

10Cool completely on cooling rack.

11Re-roll in sugar.

12Makes about 4 dozen.
