  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ice water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream butter; add water, flour, salt and sugar.

    Mix well.

    Add pecans and vanilla.

    Shape into balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Bake at 350° for 12 to 20 minutes.

    While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
