- 1 14 cups powdered sugar
- 12 cup margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream 1/4 cup sugar and butter.

2Add vanilla and blend well.

3Add flour and salt then blend.

4Stir in nuts and refrigerate 1 hour.

5Preheat oven to 350 degree.

6Lightly grease 2 baking pans.

7Shape dough into 1/2 inch balls.

8Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

9Remove and roll the pecan balls in remaining sugar to coat.

10Cool and roll again in sugar then serve.
