Pecan Bourbon Candy

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. bourbon, rum or brandy
  • 3 c. pecan halves
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

    Cream 1/2 cup of butter.

    Add sugar and liquor alternately, beating until thick and smooth.

    Shape mixture into half teaspoon size balls.

    Press a pecan half on each side of ball and chill 20 minutes.
