  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package coconut instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Mix all ingredients together till well blended.Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and bake at 325 till done.35-40 Minutes.
