  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter (softened) or 1 cup margarine (softened)
  • 12 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)

Directions

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until creamy.

    Store in the refrigerator.

    Note: If you don't want chunks of nuts, just pulse the nuts in your food processor till it is finely ground.
