- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 3 c. flour
- several dashes cayenne pepper
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and cheese together until well blended.

2Add flour and pepper; mix thoroughly.

3Add chopped pecans.

4Shape into rolls, refrigerate 1 hour and cut 1/4-inch thick.

5Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

6Do not brown.
