- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Grate cheese while cold.

2Leave cheese and margarine out until room temperature.

3Mix with mixer until well blended.

4Add flour, pecans and cayenne pepper.

5Mix until blended.

6Divide into 4 (1-inch) rolls.

7Chill 1 hour or overnight.

8Slice.

9Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350° for 15 minutes.

10Do not brown.
