Pecan Chicken

  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
  • 1 c. pecans, finely ground

Directions

    Combine honey and mustard. Spread on both sides of chicken. Dredge chicken in chopped pecans. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.
