- 3 1/2 Tbsp. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. corn oil
Directions

1Preheat broiler and set broiler rack at second level from heat. Grind pecans and bread crumbs together until fine.

2Dip each piece of chicken into the breading, coating both sides.

3Pan-fry chicken on each side for 1 minute in oil.

4Transfer breaded chicken to broiler pan and broil for 2 minutes per side.
