  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. white Karo
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/3 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

    Place pecans and chips in bottom of pie crust. Mix eggs, karo, sugar, water and vanilla together. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
