  • 4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 egg whites, beaten stiffly

Directions

    Mix pecans and confectioners sugar well.
  2. 2
    Add sifted flour and baking powder and continue to mix well.
  3. 3
    Add teaspoons of vanilla. Add whites of eggs that have been stiffly beaten.

    Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake until slightly brown. Have your oven a little less than 250°.
