- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecan meats, broken
Directions

1Into the stiffly beaten egg whites, fold sugar, vanilla and pecans until all are moist.

2Drop small spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.

3Preheat the oven to 400°, then turn off the oven and cook 12 to 15 minutes.

4(Be sure that the sugar is well moistened.)
