- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat the egg white with salt until very stiff.

2Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla while still beating.

3Fold in chopped pecans.

4Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a buttered and floured cookie sheet.

5Bake at 325° for 8 to 12 minutes.

6Cookies should be a light brown.
