  • 3 oz. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • vanilla flavoring to taste

Directions

    Combine 1 stick margarine and cheese; melt. Combine with flour. Chill mixture for about 1 hour; shape into cups to fit miniature muffin

    tins that have been sprayed with Baker's Joy cooking spray. Beat brown sugar, 3 tablespoons margarine, vanilla and egg together; add nuts. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 350° to 375° for approximately 12 minutes. You might need to cook a little longer until lightly browned, depending on the temperature of your oven.
