- 1 1/2 c. dates
- 2 1/2 c. distilled water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 c. distilled water
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 2 c. oats
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cook dates in 2 1/2 cups distilled water for 1 hour.

2Then set to one side to cool.

3Now place nutritional yeast into 1/2 cup distilled water along with honey.

4Make sure honey is dissolved. Let rise for 15 minutes.

5In large mixing bowl, combine oats, flours and salt.

6Stir in dates, yeast and honey.

7Mix with electric mixer.

8Stir in pecans.

9Spoon into sprayed Pam muffin pan nearly full.

10Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.

11Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
