  • 3 small pkg. butter pecan pudding (instant)
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Melt butter; combine flour, butter and pecans.

    Press into bottom of cake pan to form crust.
