  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 medium size Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (lemon or chocolate; optional)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 medium size Cool Whip

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix together flour, oleo and nuts. Pat out crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes and cool.
