- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 16 saltine crackers, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups cool whip
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.

2Gradually add sugar while beating.

3When stiff, fold in pecans, crackers and vanilla.

4Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

5Cool. Spread whipped topping on pie and keep refrigerated.
