Pecan Delight Pie

Directions

   Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.

   Slowly add sugar; beat very stiff.

   Stir in pecans and broken soda crackers.

   Pour in buttered glass pie plate and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

   Don't overbake.

   Cool and top with Cool Whip.

   Can add nuts on top also.
