Directions

Beat egg whites, baking powder and salt until thick. Gradually add sugar.

Beat until it holds peaks.

Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.

Pour into greased pie pan and bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cool and cover top with whipped cream before serving.
