- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. plain flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix 1 stick butter, cream cheese and flour.

2Make 24 one-inch balls and press into miniature muffin pans.

3Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pastry cups.

4Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

5Cool in pans 10 to 15 minutes.

6Turn out and cool on towel.

7May be frozen.
