  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Mix 1 stick butter, cream cheese and flour.

    Make 24 one-inch balls and press into miniature muffin pans.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pastry cups.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cool in pans 10 to 15 minutes.

    Turn out and cool on towel.

    May be frozen.
