  • 2 sticks oleo (all vegetable)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream sugar and oleo until fluffy.

    Add eggs one at a time; beat after each egg until creamy.

    Add vanilla, flour and pecans. Pour into loaf pan or Bundt pan.

    Cook at 350° at least 1 hour and 15 minutes in loaf pan or until toothpick comes out clean.

    If using a Bundt pan, cook for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
