  • 6 oz. butter scotch bits
  • 1/3 Cup Eagle brand milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup nuts (chopped)
  • egg whites
  • pecans chopped

Directions

    Melt chips and stir in vanilla and milk
  2. 2
    Add nuts; mix well and chill.

    Roll into a 12 inch log on waxed paper.

    Mark lengthwise with a fork.

    Brush with slightly beaten egg white. Place pecans all over the log.

    Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
