- 4 c. pecans, do not chip
Directions

1Beat egg whites.

2Add sugar gradually.

3Beat until real stiff.

4Stir in pecans.

5Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 275° for 30 minutes.

7Let cool before using a spatula to lift macaroons from cookie sheet.
