  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or Neufchatel (room temperature)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 c. soda crackers, crushed
  • 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Cream together cream cheese and eggs.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Let set to thicken.

    Form balls and bake on lightly oiled cookie sheet in 350° to 400° oven for 30 minutes or until browned (turn after 10 to 15 minutes).
