- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up and skinned
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.

2Dip chicken in milk and dredge in mixture.

3Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Pour butter over top.
