  • 2/3 c. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Cream butter, slowly beat in sugar and salt.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beat briskly.

    Blend entire mixture.

    Pour into pie crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450°, then reduce heat to 350° for 30 minutes.
