  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    Beat together all ingredients. Add 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in oven at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.
