  • 1 lb. box light brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. broken pecan pieces
