  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. Karo maple syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. meaty pecans
  • 9-inch pie crust

Directions

    Beat together eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, salt and vanilla. Fold in pecans.

    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
