  • 3 to 4 eggs (depending on size)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. dark Karo
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. pecans

    Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy.

    Then add the remainder of the ingredients, lastly the pecans.

    Pour in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 450°; 35 minutes at 350°.
