- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 pie shells (unbaked)
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar and add beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla and Karo syrup.

2Stir well.

3Place pecans in the bottoms of the pie shells and pour the mixture over, dividing evenly. Bake until firm 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
