- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 to 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
- 1 tsp. pecan flavoring
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In mixing bowl, combine syrup, sugar and margarine.

3Stir in eggs and pecans.

4Pour mixture in shell and bake 15 minutes.

5Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.

6(I bake mine at 325° for about 40 to 45 minutes instead of 400°.)
