  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 to 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 tsp. pecan flavoring

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    In mixing bowl, combine syrup, sugar and margarine.

    Stir in eggs and pecans.
  4. 4
    Pour mixture in shell and bake 15 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.

    (I bake mine at 325° for about 40 to 45 minutes instead of 400°.)
