  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together.

    Add syrup, eggs, salt and vanilla; mix well.

    Stir in pecan halves; turn into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350° oven until filling is firm.
