  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, vanilla, milk and margarine.

    Add eggs to mixture and then pecans; stir.

    Bake in cold oven at 300° until firm and lightly browned.

    Makes 2 pies.
