- 3 eggs
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (9-inch) plain pastry shell
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar.

2Beat in 3 eggs one at a time.

3Add 1 cup white corn syrup.

4Beat together well; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped pecans.

5Pour into pie shell and bake at 300° until center is firm, about 1 hour.
