  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Stir together all ingredients, except pecans.

    Then add pecans.

    Bake in 2 unbaked pie shells at 350° to 375° for about 30 minutes or until firm.
