  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Beat eggs until light.

    Add sugar and beat.

    Add syrup, melted butter, pecans, salt and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake 10 minutes in a 400° oven, then lower heat to 350° and bake until firm on top.
