  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar (light)
  • 1 c. corn syrup (light)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and melted butter. Place pecans in bottom of unbaked pie crust.

    Add filling.

    Bake slowly in 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

    If your oven is real hot bake at 325°.
