  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 heaping c. chopped pecans
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix ingredients well.

    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Cool and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
