  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped or broken
  • unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.

    Spread the nuts in the bottom of the pie shell.

    Pour in the filling.
