  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. pecan halves

    Beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell.

    Top with pecans.

    Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a dinner knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
