- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, syrup and margarine in saucepan; cook on high until margarine melts and mixture is hot. Mix slowly with beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Add pecans and vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes (until it doesn't shake in middle).
