  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Combine sugar, syrup and margarine in saucepan; cook on high until margarine melts and mixture is hot. Mix slowly with beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Add pecans and vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes (until it doesn't shake in middle).
