- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white Karo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat 1 minute more, then blend in pecans.

2Pour into two 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until filling sets, about 30 minutes.
