  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Place pecans in bottom of pie shell. (Chop them in small pieces.) Beat eggs, butter, corn syrup and vanilla until well blended. Combine sugar and flour; blend with egg mixture. Pour over nuts in shell. Let stand until nuts rise to surface. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
