- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1 c. pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Place pecans in bottom of pie shell. (Chop them in small pieces.) Beat eggs, butter, corn syrup and vanilla until well blended. Combine sugar and flour; blend with egg mixture. Pour over nuts in shell. Let stand until nuts rise to surface. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
