  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, melted oleo, syrup, vanilla and salt. Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Place whole pecans on top.

    Bake 10 minutes at 450°.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 35 more minutes.
