- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 pie shell
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter; add syrup and salt.

2Beat well.

3Blend in eggs, one at a time.

4Flour pecans and add.

5Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.

6Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

7I usually cover the edges with Reynolds Wrap so they don't get too brown.
