  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten lightly
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. coarsely broken pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter with sugar; add corn syrup, beaten eggs, salt, pecans and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° until firm.
